We are a dedicated group of licensed and registered clinical psychologists offering psychodynamically oriented psychotherapy to adults facing a wide range of emotional, relational, work-related, and life difficulties.
Our practice provides a confidential, thoughtful, and supportive therapeutic space in which people can reflect on their experiences, attend to patterns that may be painful or limiting, and better understand how past and present experiences affect emotional life. We work with the recognition that distress is not located only within the individual. It is often bound up with relationships, family histories, social pressures, racism and other forms of discrimination, inequality, gendered violence, work, illness, trauma, loss, and the many demands people carry in their everyday lives.
We offer short-term and long-term psychotherapy for difficulties including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and bereavement, adjustment to adverse health and life circumstances, relationship difficulties, and other emotional struggles that may affect quality of life. Our therapeutic approach is grounded in clinical expertise, attentive care, contextual sensitivity, and respect for the unique experiences, histories, and circumstances of each individual.
We believe that psychological well-being extends beyond symptom relief. Therapy can also offer a space for reflection, self-understanding, personal growth, and meaningful change. Working collaboratively with our clients, we support them to make sense of their experiences, recognise recurring patterns, strengthen ways of coping, and develop greater self-awareness in responding to the personal, relational, and social realities of everyday life.
Our team is committed to delivering ethical, client-centred care that supports healing, personal growth, and lasting psychological wellbeing, while remaining attentive to the complex realities people bring into therapy.
Our team of clinical psychologists brings together extensive professional experience, diverse clinical interests, and a shared commitment to ethical, high-quality psychological care. While we work collaboratively as a team, each psychologist brings particular areas of expertise, allowing us to offer considered and responsive support to clients with different needs. Our work is informed by wide-ranging practice across local and international contexts, which deepens our understanding of the personal, relational, cultural, and social dimensions of psychological distress.
We are registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA), the statutory body that regulates the profession.
